The time is nearly upon us.  The supplemental application for PLTW will be eligible to submit starting on February 1st.  After completing the on-line application, take a print out of the supplemental application and fill it out.  After filling out the important info, write an essay as to why you would like to join PLTW at WSHS.  Once done with your essay, submit the complete application to you math or science teacher for a quick assessment.  They will then forward the application to your guidance counselor to attach copies of your transcript.  From there, your counselor will then send the application to the head of guidance at WSHS.

For those of you who Woodbridge is not your base school, you must also have your transfer request submitted ASAP.  It is due on Feb 15.  In order to ensure you are accepted and have the correct transfer request approved, contact me, Carlos Castro.  I will look at your application and give it the tentative acceptance/rejections to ensure the transfer request is handled correctly.

In an on going effort to streamline the specialty program process, an on-line application has been launched.  Now you have a one stop site to enroll your student in his/her preferred interests.  In supporting this effort, PLTW at Woodbridge has added a supplemental application to accompany the on-line process.  Once you have applied on the county site, you will be asked to come to this page and download a copy of the supplemental application.  You will then need to follow the instruction on the application to finish the enrollment process.  Here is a link to the county on-line site to start the ball rolling...
